Beechen Cliff win Don Lovell Trophy (Bath WWQ)

The fourth Geographical Association Worldwise Quiz was held on Monday 1st
December at Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institute. It was entered by 7 teams
and keenly contested, with Beechen Cliff School’s team winning the Don Lovell
Trophy by a narrow margin. The winners and second-placed King Edwards School will
go on to compete against the winning teams from Bristol in March. Rounds included
OS maps, Google Earth and some rigorous questions from the Field Studies Council.
The event was well supported by parents.
